The brief
A product designer preparing a furniture-fellowship final presentation needed her modular shelving prototype – a light ash system with configurable inserts – shown working in three real-life scenarios before a physical prototype existed.
Our approach
We built the unit from her design drawings and staged three scenes, each demonstrating a different insert configuration: a kids’ playroom with the ottoman insert, a vinyl-and-plants living setup, and a home library.
The result
Presentation visuals that carried a physical product concept through a design fellowship review – visualization standing in for a prototype that didn’t exist yet. All three scenarios are below.
